Use of Generative AI

I use generative AI to help brainstorm and identify topics to cover within this blog. I’ll use it to help me identify statistics and other articles which I want to reference, but I always ensure any statistics are from a primary source. I also use generative AI to provide me feedback on my writing, primarily to understand if I’ve missed any important information. When the blog grows and has more resources, I aim to employ human editors instead.

I also use generative AI to generate illustrations for my articles. When I have the means and funds, my goal is to replace all illustrations with those created by a person, and work closely with an illustrator to help define the overall experience of this blog.

I never use generate AI to write the blog posts themselves. I believe strongly in human to human connections, and I don’t believe this is possible if the copy on my site is written by a machine.

Relationship with Prisma

Prisma is an ethical hiring platform which I have built from the ground up. This blog exists for two reasons:

  1. To educate hiring managers to become more aware of ethics in hiring.
  2. To promote my own platform when it adds to the article.

The priority for this blog will always be to try to be the most complete and accessible source of information for those who want to be more ethical hirers.
